Job Description
IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK! Casual Work Environment! Competitive Benefit Package!
Rate of Pay for the Accounts Receivable Clerk is negotiable and based on background and qualifications.
Full-Time Hours for the Accounts Receivable Clerk are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Essential Functions for the Accounts Receivable Clerk Include:
*Create invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a customer.
*Input payment history, upcoming payment information or other financial data into the customer account.
*Collaborate with customers and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors.
*Inform management of past due amounts.
*Operate a computer, calculator and various office equipment.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Clerk Include:
*Associates degree is preferred, but not required.
*Knowledge of basic billing and accounting principles
*Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures such as office procedures, managing files and records.
*Must be proficient with MS Office.
*Type 40 wpm minimum and accurate 10-key abilities.
*Attention to detail is required.
*Above average verbal and written communication skills.
*Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Must be highly organized with great time-management skills.
