Our Client is seeking a full time Bank Teller for their branches in the Quincy area. Ideal candidates will be motivated and energetic professionals with exceptional sales & customer service skills. The primary focus is assisting members with their financial goals.
SUMMARY
Under general supervision and in compliance with established policies and procedures, the Bank Teller is responsible for providing superior member service by conducting transactions accurately and assisting members with their financial goals.
Rate of Pay for the Bank Teller is $16.00 per hour. With experience rate of pay may be negotiable.
Essential Functions for the Bank Teller Include:
* Create excellent service experiences.
* Conduct member transactions including: loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.
* Actively refer members to appropriate position and/or department to best serve the member.
* Consistently achieve established monthly and annual service goals.
* Monitor necessary departmental files and reports, updating member information as required.
* Maintains member confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
* Balance cash box per teller balancing procedures.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Bank Teller Include:
* Relevant work experience in the area of customer service and/or cash handling.
* High School Diploma or Equivalent.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Positive attitude that supports a team environment.
* Dependable and punctual; flexible during peak times.
* High level of confidentiality.
* Self-motivated; ability to work without close supervision.
* Problem solving; analysis.
* Oral and written communication skills.
