Pay Range for the Office Assistant is competitive and based on background and qualifications.
Hours for the Office Assistant are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Essential Functions for the Office Assistant Include:
*Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents using Microsoft Office.
*Create and maintain various financial reports.
*Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
*Conduct research, compile data, and prepare support documents.
*Greet visitors and direct to the appropriate individual.
*Provide back-up to other departments as needed.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Office Assistant Include:
*Associate Degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent experience/knowledge/education required.
*Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an office support or accounting position.
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
*Knowledge of filing & office systems.
*Ability to greet and serve visitors in a manner conducive to positive customer relations.
*Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate proper English, Spelling and Grammar.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
*Exceptional customer relation and communication skills including the ability to communicate verbal, written, and in action within all levels of the organization.
