IMMEDIATE OPENING for an Office Assistant!
Hours for the Office Assistant are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Pay Range for the Office Assistant is negotiable based on background and qualifications.
Essential Functions for the Office Assistant Include:
*Cordially and diplomatically assist all office visitors.
*Maintain information flows and messages.
Manage incoming telephone calls.
*Ensure that all typing is completed in a timely manner. The appearance of the final typed material must promote a good professional image.
*Process company documents using the respective government agency guidelines in a timely manner to assure a high level of satisfaction.
*Provide support for administrative needs pertaining to company equipment.
*Maintain a spirit of cooperation with coworkers; working as a team to accomplish the objectives of the business.
*Project a positive image and maintain appropriate office dress attire.
*Perform basic clerical duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, filing, copying, and data entry.
Minimum REQUIRED Education and Experience for the Office Assistant Include:
*Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Deadline-driven with a sense of urgency.
*Strong professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
*Able to take direction and provide timely feedback on progress of tasks.
*Exceptional attention to detail, organization and active listening skills is REQUIRED.
*Associates degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
*Experience and ability to navigate and adapt to various internal and external online platforms to perform job duties.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve.
*Must be able to type 45 wpm with accuracy.
