IMMEDIATE OPENING! Professional corporate office is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team! Great benefits! Job Security!
Rate of Pay for the Accounts Payable Clerk is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
Hours for the Accounts Payable Clerk are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Essential Functions for the Accounts Payable Clerk Include:
*Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.
*Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
*Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
*Audit the expense reports and processes them in a timely manner.
*Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
*Processing due invoices for payments.
*Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
*Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.
Minimum Required Qualifications to be Considered for the Accounts Payable Clerk Include:
*High School Diploma or Equivalent.
*Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience performing similar functions.
*Knowledge of MS Office is required.
*Type 45 wpm.
*Above average written and verbal communication skills.
*Professional attire is required.
