Immediate Opening for a Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experience Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Pay Range for the Accounts Payable Specialist is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and comparison with associates in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
*Process and manage invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
*Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues promptly.
*Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
*Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
*Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
*Perform other duties or assigned tasks based on department needs.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
*3+ years of accounts payable experience
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
*Ability to handle high-volume processing
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
*Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
