Job Description
HIRING NOW for a PC Board Assembler!
Hours for the PC Board Assembler are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm
Rate of Pay for the PC Board Assembler is $16.00 per hour.
Essential Functions for the PC Board Assembler Include:
*Reviews work orders and ensure appropriate level of materials, tools, equipment and resources are available for production functions.
*Solder minor and complex PCB's and other solder subs.
*Solders parts and wires to printed circuit boards and completes re-work.
*Assembles mechanical highly configurable and complex units and boards, parts, hardware and other door products using various parts, such as, electronic components, PC boards, covers, plates, boxes, screws, nuts, and wires.
*Operates/uses machines, hand tools, small power tools, voltage meters and testing equipment to assemble and test product.
*Strips, wraps wires and wires units.
*Maintains the cleanliness, organization, quality control and safety of work area.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the PC Board Assembler Include:
*6 months of electronic soldering and assembly experience.
*Must have solid work history.
*Must have acquired a High School Diploma or GED.
*Strong communication skills.
*Able to follow routing sheets, work instructions, wiring diagrams, and other written instructions as required.
*Possess good mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly process for electronic products.
*Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or frequently.
