Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour or more based on experience.
Work Hour: 8: 00am to 5: 00pm
Duties & Job Responsibilities
*Monitor and maintain purchase order confirmations.
*Contact suppliers for tracking on open orders.
*Update delivery dates on orders in the system and communicate updates to the Buyers.
*Issue purchase orders.
*Gathering packing slips for delivered product and receive product in the AS400.
*Assist Buyers with projects as needed.
*Maintain records and adherence to ISO 9001 program.
*Support and attend meeting requests.
*Performs other duties, assignments, and special projects as requested.
Minimum Required Qualifications
*Bachelor Degree preferred.
*1 to 2 years previous office experience.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
*Above average verbal and written communication skills.
*Data entry skills.
