Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Rate of Pay: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. NO APPLICANT FEE!
*Inside sales of products through order processing.
*Interact with sales agents and customers via phone and email.
*Resolve any product and service problems.
*Support and respond to product inquiries/requests from both prospective and current customers.
*Promote customer loyalty by consistently delivering quality service.
*Communicate with all departments of the company, such as finance, transportation and production in order to process customers' requests.
*Drive for continuous improvement in service, quality and efficiency.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
*Bilingual in English and Spanish.
*Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred but not required.
*Previous experience in customer service and data entry is preferred.
*Experience with all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Customer service oriented.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Team member mentality.
*Willing to travel on occasion.
