Rate of Pay for the Customer Service Associate is negotiable and based on background and qualifications.
Full-Time Hours for the Customer Service Associate are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Essential Functions for the Customer Service Associate Include:
*Business to business customer support.
*Working effectively in a team environment.
*Actively listening, identifying problems and making decisions to resolve issues in a manner that projects trust and fairness.
*Represent the organization to business customers in a favorable manner.
Minimum Required Education and Experience for the Customer Service Associate Include:
*High School Diploma or GED required.
*Personal chemistry and characteristics to work effectively in teams and collaborate with co-workers.
*Above average verbal and written communication skills.
*Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task.
*Must be proficient with MS Office.
*Able to type 40wpm with 98% accuracy.
