LONG STANDING AND STABLE QUINCY COMPANY IS HIRING NOW FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST!
Rate of Pay for the Customer Service Specialist is negotiable and based on background and qualifications.
Full-Time Hours for the Customer Service Specialist are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Essential Functions for the Customer Service Specialist Include:
*Assist customers with general inquiries, tracking deliveries via phone, email or web.
*Contact customers for order verification, updates, and delivery notification as needed.
*Actively listening, identifying problems and making decisions to resolve issues in a manner that projects trust and fairness.
*Work cross-functionally with management teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Minimum Required Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Specialist:
*2+ years of experience in data entry, order desk, administrative, or customer service role.
*Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
*Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
*Ability to take initiative, multi-task, be quick, flexible and detail oriented.
*Strong interpersonal skills; interacting well with multiple departments in a supportive and friendly manner.
*Able to type 40+wpm with 98% accuracy.
