IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Customer Service Representative!
Well established locally owned and operated company is looking for a person who is interested in an opportunity to learn and grow! Interact with long standing business customers to build and maintain satisfying relationships, provide information or solve problems. Work with a goal directed team to accomplish goals and objectives in collaboration with others.
Hours for the Customer Service Representative are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Range for the Customer Service Representative is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour based on background and qualifications. Competitive benefit package offered!
Essential Functions for the Customer Service Representative Include:
*Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
*Communicate in a clear and concise manner with external business prospects and customers.
*Actively listen, identify problems and make decisions to resolve issues in a manner that projects trust and fairness.
*Represent the organization to business prospects and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative Include:
*High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
*Background in logistics is preferred, but not required.
*Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
*Work effectively in teams and collaborate with co-workers.
*Above average verbal and written communication skills.
*Must be proficient with MS Office.
*Type 40wpm with accuracy.
