Job Description
HIRING NOW for a Customer Service Specialist!
Hours for the Customer Service Specialist are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Range for the Customer Service Specialist is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour with incremental increases based on performance.
Essential Functions for the Customer Service Specialist
*Manage the order fulfilment process from taking customer orders to scheduling order manufacturing dates and delivery of the product.
*Maintain communication with other departments regarding order status and following up on orders.
*Create reports and entering data into a computerized system.
*Provide advice and support to customers regarding the company's products and services.
*Track customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
*Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints.
*Monitor the status of customer orders and keep customers informed.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Customer Service Specialist
*Two to four year degree is preferred or equivalent experience is required.
*Excellent customer service skills and professional presence is required.
*Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
*Previous experience in a similar role.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*High attention to detail.
*Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
*Must be proficient with MS Office.
*Solid work history is required to be considered.
