Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Rate of Pay: Negotiable based on background and qualifications.
*Accurately process domestic, Canadian, and international sales orders to meet customer requirements
*Promote customer loyalty by consistently delivering quality products
*Drive for continuous improvement in service, quality and efficiency
*Confirm transportation arrangement for shipment of materials
*Communicate customer activity with Domestic & Canadian Sales Managers
*Support and respond to product inquiries/requests from both prospective and current customers
*Conduct telephone market surveys and cold call contact
Minimum Required Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or related experience is REQUIRED.
*Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
*Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
*A minimum of 2 years ERP experience, JDE preferred.
*Proven inside and/or outside sales effectiveness.
*Organized and detail oriented with demonstrated problem solving skills.
*Basic understanding of the language of Canadian business, including currency exchanges, CCI, Canada customs invoice, proforma, and various freight terms.
*Willing to travel on occasion.
