Job Description
DIRECT HIRE FOR A DELIVERY DRIVER! BENEFITS PAID AT 100% FOR THE EMPLOYEE AND FAMILY!
The successful candidate must have a variety of skills and qualifications. Both technical and soft skills are needed.
Hours for the Delivery Driver are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Travel averages 1- 2 days weekly and depending on the destination, may require an overnight stay.
Pay range for the Delivery Driver is $20.00 - $23.50 per hour with an allowance for traveling when on the road.
Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and comparison with associates in similar roles.

Essential Functions for the Delivery Driver Include:
*On average will deliver product 1 - 2 days weekly. Overnight travel will be required as needed.
*When not traveling, you will be required to assist with the production of materials.
*Production includes: weighing or measuring materials, ingredients, or products to ensure conformance to requirements, mix or blend ingredients, ability to read and interrupt work orders, ensure safe and efficient operations.
*Perform housekeeping and general cleaning duties of work area to ensure safety.
*Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other types of moving equipment.
*Communicate with team to identify issues and make suggestions in order to develop and benefit the operation.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Delivery Driver Include:
*MUST possess a Class B CDL License and have a clean driving record. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Agricultural background is preferred, but not required.
*High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
*Attention to detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
*Team work and a cooperative attitude is essential.
*Must be able to deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.
*Takes personal responsibility for the safety and quality of line operations and team members.
*Physically able to lift 70 lbs.
*Communicate effectively across the team, makes suggestions, take direction, and work independently to ensure the team's success.
