"Front End Loader Operator: Opportunities Await."
Our Client in Quincy is looking for someone to keep their Front End Loader busy! This is a permanent, year-round position, not temp or seasonal.
It is a small crew, operating on trust and respect. Our Client expects you to be capable of making decisions for yourself to achieve the objectives laid out by the Plant Manager. You will usually work independently, steadily hauling material from stockpiles to production areas, but occasionally coordinating with other team members.
Hours for the Front End Loader Operator are Sunday through Thursday from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
Rate of pay for the Front End Loader Operator is $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities as a Front End Loader Operator:
*Safely and efficiently operate equipment, including excavators, front-end loaders, skid-steers and other machinery, adhering to proper safety standards
*Safely loading and unloading bulk trucks and railcars
*Hauling and stockpiling raw materials and finished product; leveling areas as directed
*Continuously monitor raw materials and finished product for evidence of unacceptable materials/products and take appropriate action
*Communicate with plant operators to ensure timely and accurate loading
*You may also perform functions of a laborer, such as packaging, sampling, and warehousing of bulk materials/product
Requirements and Skills for the Front End Loader Operator:
*Must have experience operating a Front-End Loader, Excavator or Skid-Steer (Forklift does not count)
*Ability to work 3rd shift and overtime (if needed)
*Reliable and punctual
*Firm knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance
*Ability to follow instructions independently without constant oversight
*Strong mechanical aptitude
*Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments
