Job Description
IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Laborer on 1st Shift!
Hours for the Laborer are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Pay Range for the Laborer is $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.
Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and comparison with associates in similar roles.

Essential Functions for Laborer Include:
*Read and interrupt work instructions.
* Participate in all on-the-job training
*Load and unload items from machines.
* Follow and comply with facility work rules, and all company and safety policies and procedures
* Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock
*Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders
*Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
*Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
*Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
*Start machines or equipment to begin production processes.
*Solid work history is required to be considered.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Laborer Include:
*High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred, but not required.
*Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
*Ability to read a tape measure is required.
*Must have good verbal communication skills.
*Able to work independently and make decisions.
