Job Description
DIRECT HIRE! HIRING NOW for a Laborer! Great Opportunity for Advancement and Cross Training!
Hours for the Laborer are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Range for the Laborer is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on background and qualifications.

*Paid leave (accrued paid time off, vacation and holiday)
*Ongoing training to build critical skills for current and future roles
Essential Functions for the Laborer Include:
*Set up the saw machine, making adjustments for each job.
*Set stops or guides to specified lengths.
*Operate the saw machine, keeping an eye out for any defects or issues.
*Use measurement tools to ensure accuracy.
*Help pack and transport finished pieces.
*Accurately complete paperwork.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Laborer Include:
*High school diploma or GED certificate.
*Experience operating a saw (1-3 years preferred).
*Experience operation a forklift (1-2 years preferred).
*Basic math and measurement skills required.
*Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs.
*Good organizational and time management skills.
*Ability to work independently and as a team, with a sense of urgency.
*Safety and housekeeping awareness.
*Must be to maintain long periods of standing and bending.
*Must have a valid drivers license, no exceptions.
