Job Description
IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Machine Operator! DIRECT HIRE!
Starting Hourly Rate of Pay for the Machine Operator is $21.50 per hour.
Hours for the Machine Operator are Tuesday through Friday from 5:00am to 3:00pm.

Essential Functions for the Machine Operator Include:
*Operate production machines while maintaining a safe work environment and meeting all production and quality standards.
*Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet specifications.
*Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.
*Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor.
*Complete all necessary paperwork including, but not limited to, runtime and production output.
*Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Machine Operator Include:
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment needed with keen attention to detail.
*Excellent time management skills.
*Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
*Ability to lift 50 pounds.
*Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of machine operating procedures.
*Follow all quality procedures and perform all required quality checks.
*Follow all department and machine safety rules and procedures.
*Physical stamina, agility and strength is required.
