Job Description
Machinist / Operators Needed for 1st & 2nd Shift! Immediately Openings!
We are seeking a few skilled CNC Machinist / Operators to join our clients dynamic manufacturing team. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the capability to work with various materials. Those with Associate degrees in CNC Machining are encouraged to apply!
Hours for the CNC Machinist / Operator are:
Day Shift Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm
Afternoon/Night Shift Hours: Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am
Starting Rate of pay is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour with possibilities of pay increase based upon experience.

Roles and Responsibilities for the CNC Machinist / Operator Include:
*Ability to do basic mill set ups a plus
*Understand various CNC Mill controls
*Capable of interpreting blueprints
*Capable of reading and using measuring instruments
*Make offsets and change inserts during operation
*Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company
*Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results
*Check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality
*Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs
*Communicate logistics issues that arise in the process of creating a part
*Ensure that results of machining process align with client expectations
*Conduct regular CNC machine assessments
Education, Experience and Requirements for the CNC Machinist / Operator:
*High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
*1-3 years' experience as a CNC Mill Machine Operator preferred
*Experience with Fanuc Controls, Fadal, and Haas mills preferred
*Ability to efficiently read calipers
*Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude
*Strong comprehension and analytical abilities
*Good computer and mathematical skills.
