HIRING NOW for a Transportation Manager!
Full-Time Hours for the Transportation Manager are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
Pay Range for the Transportation Manager is $45, 000 to $55, 000. Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and comparison with associates in similar roles.

Essential Functions for the Transportation Manager Include:
*Establish efficient routes and transportation schedules.
*Coordinate Drivers and on-staff maintenance professionals when setting employee schedules.
*Monitor Drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices.
*Provide reports to management on schedules and fleet progress.
*Develop methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency.
*Respond to and resolve complaints and problems.
*Keep up-to-date on routes and any changes to them.
*Work effectively in a team environment.
*Actively listen, identifying problems and making decisions to resolve issues in a manner that projects trust and fairness.
*Represent the organization in a favorable manner.
*Clear and concise documentation of orders.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Transportation Manager Include:
*Bachelors degree is preferred; some secondary education or equivalent experience is required
*Personal chemistry and characteristics to work effectively in teams and collaborate with co-workers.
*Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.
*Must be proficient with MS Office.
*Must be able to type 40wpm with accuracy.
*Proven ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
