Job Description
DIRECT HIRE FOR A MATERIAL HANDLER! FANTASTIC BENEFITS PAID AT 100% FOR THE EMPLOYEE AND FAMILY!
Hours for the Material Handler are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Starting Rate for the Material Handler is $20.00 per hour.
100% Paid Benefits for the Employee and Family Include:
*Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD and 401k Plan
Essential Functions for the Material Handler Include:
*Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, or products to ensure conformance to requirements.
*Read work orders to determine production specifications or information.
*Observe production or monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
*Mix or blend ingredients by starting machines and mixing for specified times.
*Perform housekeeping and general cleaning duties for plant and employee safety.
*Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other types of moving equipment.
*Communicate with team to identify issues and make suggestions in order to develop and benefit the operation.
*May deliver product 1 - 2 days weekly. Overnight travel will be required as needed.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Material Handler Include:
*High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
*MUST possess a Class B CDL License and have a clean driving record.
*Attention to detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
*Team work and a cooperative attitude is essential.
*Must be able to deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.
*Takes personal responsibility for the safety and quality of line operations and team members.
*Physically able to lift 70 lbs.
*Communicate effectively across the team, makes suggestions, take direction, and work independently to ensure the team's success.
