HIRING NOW for an Office Assistant!
Pay Range for the Office Assistant is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

Hours for the Office Assistant are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Essential Functions for the Office Assistant Include:
*Correspond with company business client verbally and written.
*Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate person if applicable.
*Maintain and update various reports using Microsoft Office.
*Conduct research, compile data, and prepare support documents.
*Provide back-up to other departments as needed.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Office Assistant Include:
*High School Diploma is required.
*Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience performing all or part of the same functions.
*Knowledgeable of MS Office.
*Above average verbal and written communication skills.
*Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task.
*Typing 45wpm.
