Competitive Rate of Pay is offered for the Office Assistant and negotiable based on background and qualifications.
Full-Time Hours for the Office Assistant are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Essential Functions for the Office Assistant Include:
*Process vehicle titles using the respective state agency guidelines in a timely manner to assure a high level of satisfaction.
*Provide support for all administrative needs pertaining to additional company equipment.
*Interface with various internal and external clients.
*Maintain various reports utilizing Excel.
*Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant.
*Additional assignments as directed by leadership.
*Perform basic clerical duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, filing, copying, and data entry.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Office Assistant Include:
*Associates degree or equivalent experience is required.
*Knowledge of vehicle licensing helpful, but not necessary.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Experience and ability to navigate and adapt to various internal and external online platforms to perform job duties.
*Deadline-driven with a sense of urgency.
*Strong professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
*Able to take direction and provide timely feedback on progress of tasks.
*Exceptional attention to detail, organization and active listening skills is REQUIRED.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve.
*Must be able to type 45 wpm with accuracy.
