Rate of Pay for the Industrial Painter is $19.00 per hour with multiple increases during the first year!
Full-Time Hours for the Industrial Painter are Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 4:30pm with overtime available for 4 to 8 hours on Friday as needed.
Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and comparison with associates in similar roles.

Essential Functions for the Industrial Painter Include:
*File, grind, sand, and smooth filled or repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools.
*Prime and paint repaired surfaces, using paint spray guns and motorized sanders.
*Monitor painting operations to identify flaws, such as blisters or streaks, and correct their causes.
*Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers or power equipment, using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths.
*Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements for the Industrial Painter Include:
*High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
*Minimum of 1 year of experience performing similar paint functions.
*Must be able be able to stand and make repetitive motions using hands during a 10 hour shift.
*Must be a self-starter and have good problem solving skills
*Ability to lift and move components weighing up to 75 pounds.
