Step Into a Steady Role - Direct Hire Opportunity for a Skilled Painter!
Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values your skills and invests in your future?
We're looking for a dedicated Painter to join our Client's team in a Direct Hire capacity - this is not a temp-to-hire role. From day one, you'll be a permanent part of their organization. They provide year-round, full-time work throughout the Tri-States area in a respectful, organized, and professional environment.
Hours for the Painter are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Pay Range is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on background and qualifications.
Comprehensive benefit package offered by employer upon transfer (when eligibility is met)
Responsibilities for the Painter:
*Prepare, prime, and paint residential and commercial surfaces using brush, roller, and spray methods.
*Ensure all work areas are properly protected and cleaned up at the end of each day.
*Follow company standards for quality and safety at all times.
*Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor.
*Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
*Interact with clients in a respectful, professional manner
*Follow project timelines and produce consistent, high-quality results
Requirements for the Painter:
*At least 2 years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial).
*Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
*Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew
*Experience with prep work, cutting-in, rolling, touching-up, spraying (a plus, not required)
*Reliability, professionalism, and great communication skills
*Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
*Ability to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
*Must be able to pass a background check
