Receiving Specialist - Immediate Opening!
We are in search of an adept and safety-minded candidate to join our Client's team in a manufacturing/warehouse setting. The suitable candidate primary duty is to guarantee the accurate and timely receipt of incoming materials by verifying documentation, inspecting goods, and for maneuvering forklifts to transfer, load, and unload materials with efficiency and caution.
Hours for the Receiving Specialist are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Starting Rate of pay is $19.50 with possibilities of pay increase based upon experience.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Receiving Specialist Include:
*Inspecting, confirming, and documenting the receipt of inbound materials
*Assess items for accuracy and state; highlight any discrepancies encountered during the inspection
*Perform cycle counts and periodic inventory of parts room
*Support the easy movement of materials within the premises
*Adhere to safety regulations and keep your work station organized
*Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.G. Unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail
Required Skills and Experience of Receiving Specialist:
*Reading and understanding documentation, work procedures, packing instructions, and part numbers
*Proficiency in managing warehouse operations and receiving processes
*Skill in validating documents and ensuring safe material handling
*Hold a forklift certification that is up-to-date and have practical skills in operating sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts
*Rigorous attention to specifics and a strong emphasis on ensuring safety
*Competence in both solo endeavors and team-based initiatives
*Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment
*Eager to explore new ways of doing things and extend the scope of tasks undertaken
*Must be able to frequently lift and/or move objects of 50 pounds or more
