IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Secretary!
Pay Range for the Secretary is negotiable and based on qualifications and experience.
Company Offers a Competitive Salary, Bonus and an Exceptional Benefit Package!
Work Hours for the Secretary are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Essential Functions for the Secretary Include:
*Prepare and process medical and legal documents and papers.
*Mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of legal correspondence.
*Receive and place telephone calls.
*Schedule and make appointments.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Secretary Include:
*High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
*Associates Degree preferred, but not required.
*Minimum 2 years' experience performing similar functions.
*Knowledge of medical billing codes is helpful.
*Above average written and verbal communication skills.
*Above average data entry typing skills with high level accuracy required.
*Transcription from Dictaphone required.
*Powerful communication skills including listening, comprehension and presentation a must.
*Able to quickly establish rapport with many types of people.
*Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is required.
