Job Description
DIRECT HIRE for a Service Advisor! Casual Work Environment! Overtime Available!
Established, financially stable company with multiple locations is seeking an additional team member.
Hourly Rate of Pay for the Service Advisor is $18.00 to $20.00 PLUS a night shift differential of $1.50 per hour. More experience equals more pay offered!
2nd/3rd shift only is offered at this time for the Service Advisor. Hours: 5:30pm to 6:00am on a rotating 5 day work week: 10 - 12 hours daily. NOTE: Some flexibility with start time and hours!

Essential Functions for the Service Advisor Include:
*Answer service calls and emails from customers.
Answer service calls and emails from customers.
*Receive incoming work orders and prioritize emergency/routine maintenance.
*Schedule shop work or locate service locations as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership policy.
*Assign work to technician and follow up on job as needed.
*Communicate with the customer regarding status of his/her service request.
*Close work orders as they are completed and coordinate payment of services.
*Dispatch work/jobs to shop floor and help coordinate Fleet Services.
*Follow up with customers daily to ensure work order was completed to their satisfaction.
*Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Service Advisor Include:
*High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
*2+ years' commercial service experience preferred.
*Must possess and use good interpersonal skills and can interact well with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner.
*Solid time management and analytical skills are necessary.
*Strong computer skills highly desired
*Solid work history is required to be considered.
