Salary Range offered for the Staff Accountant is $40, 000 to $45.000 annually based on background and qualifications.
Number of work hours per week for the Staff Accountant are negotiable, schedule is flexible with some remote work offered.

Essential Functions for the Staff Accountant Include:
*Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
*Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
*Process payments and verify invoices.
*Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
*Key data of financial transactions in database on a daily basis.
*Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
*Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
*Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
*Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
Minimum Required Education and Experience for the Staff Accountant Include:
*Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree in Accounting to be considered.
*2 to 4 years of experience performing bookkeeping/accounting functions.
*Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliations required.
*Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software.
*Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
*Accuracy and attention to detail.
*Aptitude for numbers.
