Job Description
IMMEDIATE OPENING for 2nd Shift Welders!
Clean work environment with state of the art equipment!
Excellent Benefit Package: 401(k) with matching, Dental, Health and Vision Insurance, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance and Paid Time Off.
Fulltime Hours for the Welder are Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am and Friday from 3:30pm to 8:30pm. Some overtime available!
Starting Rate of Pay for the Welder is $21.00 to $23.50 which includes a $1.50 night differential.
Essential Functions for the Welder Include:
*Assemble and weld metal components in accordance to drawings and specification.
*Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notify supervisors.
*Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade.
*Must comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Welder Include:
*High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
*Ability to read and understand blueprints, tape measure, manuals, work with computers and machines to perform the job.
*Basic knowledge of Mig and Tig welding is required.
*Ability to follow detailed instruction and attention to detail.
*Quality conscientious and able to solve common technical problems.
*Must be self-directed and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
*Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, have good hand dexterity and stand for the entire shift.
*Solid work history is required to be considered.
